Dear customers and partners,
For several weeks now, we have been intensively dealing with the effects of the Corona pandemic on our daily operations. We are taking the current situation very seriously, we are observing the development closely and are acting quickly, consistently and with a sense of proportion.
As a company operating throughout Germany and Europe, we bear a great responsibility. The health of our employees as well as our customers and partners is our top priority. For this reason, we have taken a large number of preventive and precautionary measures to minimise the impact on our employees, customers, partners and projects. We review these measures regularly and adapt them to the changing situation at short notice.
In doing so, we follow the official requirements and are in constant exchange with our employees, customers and partners in order to be able to react quickly and appropriately. In the course of the new regulations of the NRW state government, we have again adapted our guidelines.
We would like to inform you about some precautions:
The successful realisation of joint projects is in all our interests. Currently, all projects in production are continuing as normal. There are currently no material or delivery bottlenecks and there are no signs of bottlenecks in the foreseeable future, so that you can rely on completion as far as possible. In order to keep the risk of infection for our production staff low, a minimum distance of two metres is also maintained here.
Should the situation change, or should difficulties still arise, we will inform you in good time and quickly find suitable solutions. Our employees from the offices work in their home offices whenever possible. The open-plan offices at the Wellmann locations, which are already occupied by far fewer people as a result, have also been spatially subdivided in order to be able to provide our employees with an individual office. You can reach your contact persons as usual under the familiar contact details by e-mail or telephone.
We ask for your understanding that we limit the travel activities of our employees to the absolutely necessary. Furthermore, any on-site visits will be reduced to absolutely necessary cases only and replaced by video and telephone conferences.
Our suppliers are also working at full speed to keep the processes running. Nevertheless, we ask you to plan your order well in advance, as there may be restrictions in the supply chain due to the very dynamic overall situation affecting the entire national economy. We will keep you informed.
